With over twenty five years commercial experience working in both human resources and accounting David has demonstrated his ability to align strategic business objectives to the underlying resource requirements.

David has had the responsibility of the most senior Human Resources role in professional service firms Ernst & Young and BDO Australia, and Aegis an outsourcing service business.

As a Human Resources consultant providing expertise to a range of clients, David has provided services which have included: managing the production and implementation of HR strategies, aligning human resource activities with business strategy, implementing reward and recognition programs, and introducing policy and procedural change into organisations.

David holds a Bachelor of Commerce (University of Melbourne) and Post Graduate diplomas in both Accounting (ICAA) and Human Resource Management (Deakin University). He is a twenty year member of AHRI (Australian Human Resource Institute) and also is a member of the AICD (Australian Institute of Company Directors).
